RETURN & REFUND POLICY
1. Return and Refund Policy
Payton Coolers manufactures and delivers only the best quality goods to customers with 12 months manufacturer warranty for all the cooler parts. However, if you would like to return any of the goods delivered, due to damages in transit or cooler not functioning properly, then you can send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receipt of cooler with mention of the reason for rejection and your bank account details. We can decide as per company discretion to provide spares for the damaged/non-functioning spares or will recall the entire cooler and transfer the paid amount to your bank account within 15 days.
2. Change and Cancellation of Orders
You can modify or cancel any of your orders before the order is dispatched by calling our Customer Care department to make the required modifications or cancellation to the order. Please note that orders cannot be modified or cancelled by email. In case of order cancellation, Rs. 500/- would be charged and rest amount can be transferred in your account details given during cancellation of order.
