RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. Return and Refund Policy

Payton Coolers manufactures and delivers only the best quality goods to customers with 12 months manufacturer warranty for all the cooler parts. However, if you would like to return any of the goods delivered, due to damages in transit or cooler not functioning properly, then you can send us an email at sales@paytoncoolers.com within 7 days of receipt of cooler with mention of the reason for rejection and your bank account details. We can decide as per company discretion to provide spares for the damaged/non-functioning spares or will recall the entire cooler and transfer the paid amount to your bank account within 15 days.

2. Change and Cancellation of Orders

You can modify or cancel any of your orders before the order is dispatched by calling our Customer Care department to make the required modifications or cancellation to the order. Please note that orders cannot be modified or cancelled by email. In case of order cancellation, Rs. 500/- would be charged and rest amount can be transferred in your account details given during cancellation of order.

WARRANTY POLICY

Payton coolers come with 12 Months warranty from the date of their original retail purchase. To obtain warranty service in India, you must return the defective part within the warranty period and produce the dated Proof-of-Purchase document.
 
Warranty: –
a. Covers only NEW products and is applicable only in India.
b. Covers on-site service visit only for the places of dealer operations otherwise covers only with providing the replacement of defective parts with new ones.
c. Commences from the date of purchase as listed on the customer’s invoice.
d. Provides repair / replacement of defective parts with part of like kind and quality, as applicable, to maintain your product in good operating condition.
e.  Applies only to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred.
f. Does not cover defects, malfunctions, or failures resulting from shipping or transit accidents, abuse, misuse, operation contrary to furnished instructions, operation on incorrect power supplies, operation with faulty associated equipment, modification, alteration, improper servicing, tampering, or normal wear and tear.
In case of any ambiguity related to warranty coverage, company holds all the rights to take final decision.
